NORDVIVE Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your NORDVIVE purchase.
You have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
We will review the issue and provide the best possible solution.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- used or damaged products caused by customer handling
- products not in their original condition
- gift cards (if applicable)
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please contact us. The fastest solution is usually to place a new order after your return has been approved.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may need additional processing time.
